Why we built QuizBunch
Group chats run on links. Someone drops a quiz, everyone piles in from their phone, screenshots fly, and the thread keeps going.
We built QuizBunch as a free online quiz site with enough modes to stay interesting: trivia, This or That, personality outcomes, Know Me cards about your friends, photo quizzes, flag rounds, and more. Solo always works. Party rooms are where it shines.
Who it is for
QuizBunch is for friend groups, family threads, Discord channels, classrooms, and anyone who wants low-stakes games without installing another app.
Most modes work from a link with no sign-in wall. Sign in when you want streaks, favorites, play history, and saved challenges across devices.
What QuizBunch does
On quizbunch.com you can browse packs by category, play daily picks that refresh at UTC midnight, and open party rooms with short codes for up to ten players.
Play modes include trivia with multiple choice, This or That with no right answers, personality quizzes that stack into shareable outcome cards, Know Me templates where friends guess your answers, flag quizzes, photo quizzes where you pin a map and guess the year, speed trivia with a 10-second clock, match pairs, odd one out, and logo rounds.
Tournament-style modes like blind rank, tier list, and bracket runs work solo from curated packs. Host and Judge is a dedicated party mode with one judge scoring matches.
The site can be added to your home screen as a web app for full-screen play and faster return visits. It still loads the live site, so new packs appear without an app store update.
Daily lineup, weekly featured packs, and staff picks give regulars something fresh to open. Signed-in players can track a UTC daily streak, replay recent sessions, favorite packs, and post scores to the global daily trivia leaderboard.
Party rooms support streaming setups too: the site mentions opening an overlay link from your room in OBS when you want viewers to follow along.

Why we built it
We wanted a quiz hub that feels native to how people already hang out online: drop a link, play for ten minutes, share the result, move on. The product stays useful because packs and modes can grow without asking everyone to update an app.
Trivia apps often force a single format. QuizBunch mixes competitive rounds, silly personality cards, and photo/map games so the same group can switch modes without switching sites.
