Trailer and screenshots

Vane stole the Idol from its tower, and it wants to go home. The Idol is a small stone guardian, now locked in a collector's cellar. Before the Gust is a physics puzzle about getting it back on its feet. You lay planks, cut the supports that are in the way, then press GO and watch your plan meet the weather.

How to play

Each scene has a yellow piece, a green box and a few things in the way. Place planks to build a path, cut the yellow supports you don't need, and press GO. If the Idol lands upright in the green box, you clear the level. Stars go to clean, thrifty solutions.

What is in it

One hundred scenes in three acts, each opened by a short story card. Stone fans, swinging fans, whirlwinds and air vents try to push the Idol off its perch. Later scenes add magnets, water, gears, springs, glass and portals. There is a daily puzzle with a streak, a practice yard for testing ideas, three story campaigns and a set of achievements.

Controls

Mouse or touch: place planks, cut supports, press GO. Esc opens the pause menu. The game scales from a small window to a 4K screen and has a reduced motion option.
